A: This depends on what you are ordering. Party Supplies such as a cake, decorations etc have no minimum spend. If you would like us to take care of everything for you, we have a minimum spend of $250.
A: As there are an infinite number of ideas, venues, suppliers and entertainers etc that you can have for your party, Swish Kids' Website just isn't big enough to hold them all! Let us know if there is anything special you would like and leave it to us.
A: Yes you sure can! Swish Kids can go just about anywhere you want! As long as your venue of choice has the right specifications for your order, its not a problem. You just tell us where you would like to hold it, and we will take care of the rest. There may be an additional charge for delivery costs depending on location.
A: Once the booking is confirmed, we ask for a deposit to be made to hold the date.
A: We all know the saying, ‘dont plan anything when you have children!' so if for some unfortunate reason you need to cancel your party, a full refund of the deposit will be given outside of 7 days from the date. Within 7 days we may still be able to give a partial refund. Please contact us for more info.
A: You will see that when you get to the end of your order, there is a 10% charge entitled 'extra costs'. This surcharge covers the delivery fee as well as Swish Kids administrative fees, and the cost that we incur for handling your booking.
